Abstract
Volume II develops the SU(3) → SU(2) → U(1) gauge cascade as the causal hierarchy of the temporal medium. It derives baryons, dark matter, atomic structure, and horizon formation from successive curvature-dilation regimes enforced by the invariant α c λ = 1. The universal 5:1 dark–to–baryonic ratio, the Lorentzian lepton mass shear, and the U(1) temporal floor all arise directly from this cascade, providing a unified account of matter, gauge boundaries, and horizon geometry without additional fields or parameters.
