Abstract
Volume III develops the cosmological implications of the Temporal–Density Framework. It demonstrates how asymmetry in longitudinal tension and redistribution admissibility generates a geometric entropy gradient shaping galactic structure, rotation curves, large–scale organisation, CMB coherence, and apparent cosmic acceleration. All results follow from invariant propagation within a unified temporal geometry.
